Christmas decoration competition

We've been really getting into the festive spirit this year and encouraging healthy competition between the various teams and departments throughout Quill by hosting a Christmas decorations contest.

There was a lot at stake - a meal out for the two top winning teams, a round of (non-alcoholic) drinks for the two runner ups and, most importantly, everyone's reputation as the King or Queen of Decs!

We were absolutely blown away by the entries. Our teams created some knock-out seasonal scenes across all our regional offices. There was a replication of the popular Christmas film, Home Alone, mock fireplace featuring a framed photo of the Christmas jumper-clad team members, Santa riding his lit-up sleigh, chairs draped in oversized Santa hats, tinsel galore and much much more.

It was extremely difficult to choose the winning entries. After much deliberation, we crowned Jason's team (Manchester) and Kate's team (Liverpool) first place, with Phil's team (Redcar) and Andy's team (Liverpool) taking second position.
